We found Fish Lake and riding and fishing opportunities there. My ride is on the next three blogs. It was amazing. It is a beautiful lake and Ken got some fishing in. He caught several grayling. We also saw an eagle nesting and finally got a photo of one in the top of a tree. Ken saw sea gulls, yes sea gulls, ganging up on the eagle several times to chase him away from the lake. I also got photos of the local ground squirrels who were constantly under foot at the trail ride ranch and even a porcupine photo on the trail. The porcupine and eagle are hard to see. Porcupine is in the first photo in the top right corner, his tail is all spread out with quills. The eagle is on the top of the tree in the center of the photo.

Wow! The trip just keeps getting better the further north you go. Enjoy that crisp weather for us, Suzy and Ken- we're roasting down here and your pictures and journaling cool us right off. How powerful to see so much wildlife up so close. The eagle- that's a neat picture. I have sent your blog link around to several others including Chuck Davis. I think he will really enjoy your photo journaling.
